I have a safety background which allows me to understand the core business of the organisation, so my input has real value in putting together robust training packages for staff who deal with the risks of face to face confrontation.

I have also worked in previous training assessor roles, both in the classroom and during scenario based activities. This has helped my understanding of best practice in dealing with issues of difficult and confrontational customers.

My knowledge of assessment consistency has been instrumental in assisting Allsafe in setting up systems where we know our level of accuracy in assessment and ensuring staff are meeting the required objectives.
